We currently do not accept returns or order cancellations once an order is placed, as each product is carefully packed and shipped quickly after the order is confirmed.

However, if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:

Item must be unused and in its original condition.

You must provide unboxing video proof and photos of the issue.

Please note:

Minor variations in color or pattern are normal due to photography and screen differences.

Refunds are not applicable for subjective reasons like "change of mind" or "not liking the product."
