Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

While we take the utmost care in quality control and packaging, if you happen to receive a damaged item, incomplete package, or a mismatched product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Timely communication is critical, as it helps us escalate the issue to our logistics/courier partner for investigation and resolution. Delays beyond 24 hours from delivery make it difficult for us to track and verify such cases, and we may not be able to assist beyond that timeframe.

We begin crafting your order as soon as it is confirmed. Hence, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

However, in rare cases where we are unable to fulfill the order due to inventory shortages, we will cancel it from our end and issue a full refund.
